What to expect in a typical session?
After the initial session, the work begins!
My approach is both compassionate and direct: I provide a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing, without judgment or pressure to conform to superficial solutions. A typical session takes 50 minutes and is conducted over an encrypted video call.
Together, we will explore the deeper questions beneath your struggles: What drives your sense of emptiness? What assumptions have shaped your view of yourself and your place in the world? What would it mean for you to live with purpose? I draw from existential, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches, helping you recognize unconscious patterns, tolerate uncertainty, and create a more fulfilling, authentic life. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but I do believe in meaningful change. Our work will be a collaboration—challenging at times, but always in service of your growth and self-understanding.
